Christmas is a very special time of year for Christians and especially for Christians living in Christian countries. A substantial part of the ambiance at Christmas is created by Christmas music. Christmas music needs traditionally consisted mainly of carols and hymns, but some pop songs have become definite favourites in the repertoire of music for Christmas.

Wearing designer clothing was not done in our household while I was growing up, but then with five children, my parents probably did not have sufficient money to encourage us to think about wearing designer clothing. All buildings need maintenance and this includes churches. In the past, it was not so much of a difficulty as it is today, because the congregations were larger, so if everybody chipped in, the maintenance could be done.
