Whose palate doesn’t crave sharp cheddar cheese and refried beans wrapped in a flour tortilla and then blanketed in queso? Burritos are my favorite Tex-Mex dish and the only thing I use to judge a restaurant. Forget customer service, ambience or a refilled glass of tea: If my burrito is cooked to perfection, I’m a loyal customer for life. I mean, it takes a lot of practice to mess up a burrito, right, but I’ve seen it happen.
So, if you’re a burrito aficionado like me, then you can’t wait to celebrate one of the best days of the year: National Burrito Day. Burritos are observed every year on the first Thursday in April. This year, it’s on April 7 and, if history repeats, will be a day overloaded with BOGO burritos, free queso, free delivery and more to honor one of the best dishes in the world: the burrito.
New deals are still coming in, so check back!
