Last Minute Christmas Shopping!
– So Duncan has really been
sharing his scented pen with Jacob. (laughter) ♪ It's Vlogmas, Vlogmas, ♪ ♪ And it's time to celebrate, Vlogmas ♪ (upbeat guitar music) – Good morning everyone. – (Duncan mumbling) – You saying good morning? I have not done any Christmas shopping. So we're doing some Christmas shopping. You wanna do some Christmas shopping? – Yeah. – We gotta buy stuff for Mommy, we gotta buy stuff for you, we gotta buy stuff for Auntie Panties, and Aunt Rachel, and Erik. Got a lot of shopping to do. So I don't normally wait this long to go Christmas shopping, but we had the tonsil surgery, the baby being born, all sorts of stuff. And I kinda lost track of time. So now we're gonna go to all the stores and get stuff. I have Duncan, Bailey, and Jacob with me, Jessica and Parker are at home. We're just gonna try to get all of our Christmas shopping done right now. What are you looking for right now? – Dogs. – For this guy? Okay. We'll try and keep it a secret.
(light guitar music) – This. – You like that thing right there? – Yeah. – Oh, careful, I think he
might have snuck a peek. Okay, one store down. I think Jacob had some
success in there, right? You get some things that you needed? – Yeah. – Alright. – Well I didn't need them, they're for other people. – Right, right. That's what I meant. And I still haven't
purchased a single thing, I don't think Bailey has either. And Duncan definitely didn't. He doesn't have any money. Do you have money? – Mama. – You have Mama? That's better than money. – The kids wanted to come in here. I don't know what in here
they're gonna be able to afford, so I'm not sure exactly
what's happening in here. But Bailey's found some
guitars that she really likes. You wanna show your favorite one? – My favorite one is over here.
It's the turquoise one. (angelic music) It's really, really, really, really cool. – Jacob found something in here, which is kind of a mystery to me, 'cause I thought I knew
what he was gonna get, and then there was a snafu, like he couldn't actually have it today, because it was used, so
they had to hold on to it, but he found something else, and I have no idea what it is. – I'm gonna show Bailey in the car. – You're gonna show Bailey in the car? Are you gonna show her in the vlog? – No. – What do you mean? – 'Cause you're gonna edit it! – Alright, we might have
shown this once already, but I get a kick out of it every time. Jacob, can you show them your wallet? That is Jacob's wallet. Just like every other wallet in the world, you got a spot for your pencils, you got a spot for your cash, spot for a pencil sharpener, oh, a little calculator, and actually, this has been really useful.
I've seen Jacob use this
in his shopping today. Like he's actually used this feature. When I saw the calculator I was like, oh man, you're just
carrying too much weight. But he's actually used
every element of this thing. Where's the change, how
do you get to the change? Is it… whoa! Aah! Man, it is getting dark, but I still haven't
gotten barely anything. So next store. – So I am working on my
Christmas present for Jojo, because she said that all
she wanted for Christmas was handmade cards from
her friends and family.
So, of course I had to
be super extra about it and get out my Cricut, and I'm trying to make this one right now. I made that. Just putting the little
piece of paper in there so it pops a little bit. Jacob's is really cool, I don't know where his went. Oh here it is. Jacob made this for her. – It's a popout one. – Isn't that neat? Jacob loves a popup. This is really cool
because it actually prints. See that, that's with a pen. So the machine used a pen
and wrote happy holidays. Isn't that neat? – A pen wrote that. – Do you like the popup part? I feel really bad for him
because I had it on vinyl, so when it cut it didn't cut
all the way out and he went in and cut out the little
bits because it didn't go deep enough for him.
And then who wants to make a card next? – Me, me me me me me! – (laughing) – How you feel about shopping? Good? You getting some good presents? – Yeah.
– Yeah. Okay we're at a game store right now, and we got a bunch of really
good game recommendations when I asked on a vlog
a couple episodes ago.
But we own so many games
that the games we didn't own are a little too obscure
and are either sold out or just not available. This is sort of a strike out. Which is too bad, 'cause
I was looking forward to learning a new game. (chill upbeat music) Okay, we are stopping to eat, Duncan's got some water,
he's very excited about it. Did you get some water? And I don't know, every
place I've gone so far today has been a strike out, and I'm very worried
that I'm not gonna have Christmas presents for everybody. I'll show up to a place, and I'll have the thing
that's on the wishlist, and they won't have it, or
they will have sold out of it. And the things that I've come up with, that I'm like, oh I need to
get this for that person, can't find that either. Duncan's playing with the Wikki Stix.
He's got some cool glasses on. You got some cool glasses on? You designed a burger right? How is it? – Good. – We went into the fray, we went holiday shopping last minute, got a couple things, ultimately not the most
successful run that I've been on, but we did it, and now
it's time to go home. Okay, yesterday we didn't do our advent so we're doing two days again today. – Yay! – Are you ready? You broke into yours the other day so I'm not quite sure which is which. – He loves this. – 21 and 22 I think? This is 21, so have at it. – These calendars are in tatters. – (excited mumbling) – Ohh! What did you get? Is it blue? Blue, yeah. – This smells like blueberries. Smells like blueberries. – Can I smell? – Can I smell Duncan? – It smells different than blueberries. – Got some on my face. – (laughing) It could be a little mustache.
– Very nice.
– Wait seriously? – Yeah, you got a little mustache. – Yeah just lift up the whole thing. – It's right here. – He already got it,
he already took it out. (Jacob and Jessica laughing) – I don't think there's anything left. – So you're doing 21 and 22 today. 21 is… – (gasping) I can't believe it's her. – You got her!
– Is it really her? – Mmhmm.
– Another ornament! – An octopus. – Look at that little guy. – So Duncan has really been sharing his scented pen with Jacob. (laughing) It smell good, Jakey? – Did you color in his nose? You did? – Maybe he just blue his nose. – Oh! Mama's got jokes. All of the numbers fell off
Jacob's advent calendar, so we have to use a photo to reference. – 22 is right here. – No 21 is what we're looking for. – 21 is right here. – Perfect. 21, ooh lots of pieces in there. – 22. – Oh! Yeah! – Jake's got some tires. – Yeah! – We'll come back to this in a second, Bailey, you almost don't
have room for any more charms on your charm bracelet. – Looks like a Cinderella's carriage? Bailey I think Duncan wants to model it. – Ooh. 22. ♪ A star, a star, going
